Carbon Revolution Reports Noncompliance With Nasdaq Listing Rule

05:53 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carbon Revolution ( CREV ) reported late Tuesday that the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum requirement of $10 million in stockholders' equity for continued listing on the Nasdaq.

The company has 45 calendar days from May 30 to submit a plan to regain compliance. If the plan is accepted, Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days, or until Nov. 26.
