04:58 PM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cartier Resources ( ECRFF ) after close of trade Monday announced that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 7.69 million flow-through common shares at a price of $0.13 per share for $1 million.

According to the offering, each flow-through share will be renounced with an effective date no later than Dec. 31 to the initial purchasers in an aggregate amount not less than the gross proceeds raised.
