Rodriquez, 59, served as a partner of financial executive services firm CSuite Financial Partners since 2018, Cerence ( CRNC ) said Tuesday in a filing. The company will continue its search for a permanent CFO.

Cerence ( CRNC ) shares rose 5.1% in after-hours activity.
