CGI Completes Novatec Acquisition

07:07 AM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IT and business consulting services firm CGI (GIB-A.TO) on Friday said it has completed its acquisition of digital services company Novatec by its limited partnership CGI Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG.

Novatec offers business and IT consulting services, including cloud-based solutions, software development and digital strategies.

CGI expects Novatec's application performance management solutions to complement its intellectual property portfolio and allow clients to accelerate digital innovation through new technologies such as AI.

More than 300 IT and consulting experts from Novatec have joined CGI from across eight offices in Germany and offices in Granada, Spain.
