10:43 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chevron ( CVX ) said Thursday it has opened a new facility in Bengaluru, India for its Engineering and Innovation Excellence Center, or ENGINE.

The 312,000-square-foot facility is designed as a strategic technology hub to further collaboration for its artificial intelligence-first workforce, the company said.

Since the launch of Chevron ENGINE in August 2024, the oil major said it has hired over 1,000 professionals.
