05:40 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ChromaDex ( CDXC ) said Tuesday Brianna Gerber will resign as chief financial officer and chief accounting officer, effective July 12.

The company is looking to fill Gerber's positions, according to a regulatory filing.

ChromaDex ( CDXC ) said Gerber has agreed to be available to the company to consult on financial and accounting matters through Aug. 12.

The company's shares were up about 2% in after-hours activity.
