05:13 PM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coast Copper ( COCCF ) on Tuesday said it agreed to acquire the Sweeney property in British Columbia from Cazador Resources, a private company controlled by Coast chief executive Adam Travis.
The company said Travis's property totals 1,492 hectares, while a second transaction from an unnamed vendor adds two mineral claims covering 57 hectares.
The property is prospective for silver, lead, zinc and gold.
No price for the acquisition was disclosed.
Coast shares closed unchanged at $0.055 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
