08:32 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coca-Cola (KO) said Wednesday that India's Jubilant Bhartia Group will acquire a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings, the parent company of the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the country.
