BOGOTA, July 19 (Reuters) - Colombia's Ecopetrol

is in talks to possibly buy some 30% of Occidental

Petroleum's ( OXY ) CrownRock assets, in a potential transaction

worth $3.6 billion, the U.S. oil producer said in an SEC filing

on Friday.
