CommScope Wins Bid to Acquire Casa Systems' Cable Business Assets

12:34 PM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CommScope ( COMM ) said Thursday it won a bid to acquire Casa Systems' cable business assets.

The company said its bid of $45.1 million was selected as the winning bid for the assets.

Casa is selling the assets under an auction process after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April.

A sale hearing is scheduled for Tuesday and the transaction is expected to close next Thursday, CommScope ( COMM ) said.
