08:20 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Commvault Systems ( CVLT ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.91 per diluted share, up from $0.83 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.94.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $276.2 million, up from $233.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $273.3 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 total revenue in the range of $298 million to $300 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $298.2 million.

Commvault ( CVLT ) said it continues to expect fiscal 2026 total revenue in the range of $1.16 billion to $1.17 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.16 billion.

Shares of the company were down 12% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
