01:16 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Connexa Sports Technologies ( YYAI ) said Tuesday it is implementing a one-for-20 reverse stock split to help regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq.

The company said its shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on June 27.

The shares were down more than 17% in recent trading.
