06:32 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Copa Holdings ( CPA ) said Wednesday its preliminary August passenger traffic, measured in revenue passenger miles, rose 5.8% from a year earlier.

The preliminary data also showed that capacity, measured in available seat miles, rose more than 8.2% year over year.

Meanwhile, the system load factor for August was 85.1%, down from 87% in August 2023.
