COSCIENS Biopharma Appoints Peter H. Puccetti as Interim CEO

07:44 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- COSCIENS Biopharma ( CSCIF ) , which rose 3.15% on Friday, announced over the weekend that the chairman of its board of directors, Peter H. Puccetti, has been appointed as the company's interim chief executive, effective immediately.

Puccetti expands his role with this appointment and succeeds Anna Biehn, who has stepped down as CEO.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.1 to $3.3 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
