Credit Acceptance Chief Executive to Retire; Successor Named

09:13 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Credit Acceptance ( CACC ) said Tuesday that Chief Executive and President Kenneth Booth will retire, effective Jan. 31.

The board voted Vinayak Hegde as Booth's successor, effective Nov. 13, at which time Booth will transition to executive board member. Booth will remain a member of the board upon his retirement.

Hegde most recently served as chief marketing officer, consumer for T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) .

Shares of Credit Acceptance ( CACC ) declined more than 2% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
