D2L Appoints Brian Finnerty as itsChief Marketing Officer

11:04 AM EDT, 05/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- D2L (DTOL.TO), a learning technology company, appointed Brian Finnerty as Chief Marketing Officer o lead the company's global marketing team and strategic marketing initiatives.

Finnerty joins D2L from Udacity, where he led global revenue marketing. Before that, Finnerty held key leadership roles at companies such as Demandbase, Marin Software and Skillsoft.

"Brian is a respected and accomplished marketing leader with comprehensive experience leading brands through high-growth and global expansion. We're excited to add Brian to the leadership team to help guide our marketing organization as we continue to build on our core mission of transforming the way the world learns," chief executive Stephen Laster said in a release.

D2L shares were last seen down C$0.08 to C$8.51 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
