May 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:
** Harmony Gold, South Africa's top gold producer by
volume, has agreed to buy Australian miner Mac Copper Ltd ( MTAL )
in a deal worth $1.03 billion as it steps up a
diversification into copper.
** Malaysia-headquartered private equity firm Navis Capital
Partners has sold its controlling stake in Vietnamese seafood
producer and processor, Godaco Seafood, in a management buyout,
it said in a statement.
** Gallagher Re has acquired Beijing-based Nongxin Insurance
Brokerage Company, the reinsurance broker announced on Monday.
** The co-founder of Indian airline IndiGo, Rakesh
Gangwal, sold a 5.7% stake in the low-cost carrier through a
block deal worth about $1.36 billion, a term sheet showed.
** Australian software company WiseTech Global ( WTCHF ) on
Monday announced its biggest deal to date, buying out U.S. cloud
computing firm E2open for $2.1 billion to broaden its
product offerings.
