July 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Thursday:

** Blackstone said it had raised its offer to buy

Warehouse REIT to 115 pence per share, valuing the

British firm at about 489 million pounds ($665.6 million).

** U.S. cosmetics retailer Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) is on the verge

of a deal to buy British high street chain Space NK, Sky News

reported, citing a source.

** Sunnova Energy ( NOVAQ ) said on Wednesday that it has

agreed to sell a portion of its residential solar installation

business to Omnidian for $7 million in cash, along with the

assumption of certain liabilities, as part of a stalking horse

deal.

** The Italian candy maker behind Ferrero Rocher and Nutella is

nearing a deal to buy cereal maker WK Kellogg, a source

told Reuters, an acquisition that would combine two of the

world's best known consumer food makers.

** Merck ( MRK ) said on Wednesday it will acquire UK-based

Verona Pharma for about $10 billion, gaining a

promising respiratory treatment as it faces pressure to

diversify beyond its blockbuster cancer drug Keytruda.

** Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) said on Wednesday that

it has agreed to sell its majority stake in India's Sahyadri

Hospitals Group to Temasek-backed Manipal Hospitals.

** Fast-growing U.S. retail broker King Risk Partners has

entered the Louisiana market by acquiring Ruston-based

independent insurance agency Louisiana Insurance Services.

** Choice Financial Group has acquired Connecticut-based

Corporate Risk Solutions, marking the Bob Hilb-led broker's 30th

acquisition since launching in 2021.
