September 24 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Wednesday:

** Manulife Financial Corp's ( MFC ) wealth and asset

management arm said on Wednesday it has signed an agreement to

buy UK asset manager Schroders' ( SHNWF ) business in Indonesia.

** Angola's state diamond company Endiama has offered to buy a

minority stake in Anglo American's diamond unit De

Beers, the African country's Ministry of Mineral Resources,

Petroleum and Gas said .

** Brazilian infrastructure and energy firm Azevedo & Travassos

said on Tuesday that Nemesis Brasil Participacoes has

signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 40.15% stake from

the company's main shareholder Camaçari FIP.

** The McGowan Companies has acquired Limit Insurance, an

insurtech digital wholesaler whose investors include IA Capital

Group and American Family Ventures, among others.

** Singapore-based Seatrium Limited said on Tuesday it

has a deal to sell its "surplus" AmFELS Yard shipbuilding

facility in Texas for $50.67 million to an affiliate of

Karpowership.
