March 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** Angola's Etu Energias has signed a deal with BP and

Eni's Azule Energy to buy stakes in two offshore

projects, the companies said in separate statements.

** Russia's federal property management agency Rosimushchestvo

said it may put a state's stake in gold producer Uzhuralzoloto

(UGC) up for auction in April.

** Swiss drugmaker Novartis said it will buy

California-based biotech company Excellergy in a deal worth up

to $2 billion, the second sizeable acquisition it has announced

in as many weeks.
