08:41 AM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Desktop Metal ( DM ) said Friday that a court has set trial dates of March 11 and 12 in the company's pending merger-related litigation against Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) .

The Delaware Court of Chancery earlier found that expedited proceedings were warranted to address Desktop Metal's ( DM ) claims under the merger agreement, which was announced in July 2024, Desktop Metal ( DM ) said.

Desktop Metal ( DM ) shares were up 9.8% and Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shares were up 0.9% in recent premarket activity Friday.
