01:36 PM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Diginex ( DGNX ) said Thursday it has closed its initial public offering of 2.25 million shares at $4.10 per share for gross proceeds of about $9.2 million.

The company granted its underwriter, Dominari Securities, a 45-day option to buy up to 337,500 additional shares.

Diginex ( DGNX ) shares were advancing more than 45% in recent trading. The shares began trading on Nasdaq Wednesday.
