Dundee Buys 6 Million Units of SPC Nickel

06:53 AM EDT, 05/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dundee (DC-A.TO) over the weekend said its subsidiary Dundee Resources acquired 6 million units of SPC Nickel ( SPCNF ) at $0.05 per unit for total cost of $300,000.

Each unit consists of one SPC common share and one-half of a purchase warrant.

Prior to the acquisition, Dundee and its affiliates owned or controlled roughly 25.2 million common shares or about 16.6% interest in SPC on an undiluted basis.

Following the transaction, Dundee and its affiliates now hold about 31.2 million common shares and 3 million warrants representing a 16.3% interest on an undiluted basis and a 17.6% interest on a partially diluted basis.
