Eagle Materials Joins NYSE Texas in Dual Listing

07:49 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eagle Materials ( EXP ) said Thursday its common stock will begin dual listing on the newly launched NYSE Texas on Friday, while it maintains its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The stock will continue trading under the ticker symbol "EXP" on both exchanges, the company said.
