04:08 AM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Endeavour Silver ( EXK ) said Thursday it has entered into a sales agreement with a syndicate of agents, allowing the company to raise $60 million through at-the-market equity offerings over the next 24 months.

The company said the sales will be made through agents, including BMO Capital Markets, TD Securities, Ventum Financial, National Bank of Canada Financial, Raymond James, H.C. Wainwright, and ING Financial Markets.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to support development at the Pitarrilla and Parral projects, help finance the ramp-up at the Terronera mine, explore new acquisition opportunities, fund ongoing exploration, and meet working capital needs, the company said.

It added that Endeavour will pay a 2% commission on gross sales under the agreement.
