Enviri Discloses Total Revolving Credit Facilities of $675 Million

05:38 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Enviri ( NVRI ) said late Thursday that it amended and extended its senior secured revolving credit facility, increasing the total size of commitments to $675 million.

The company said its new $625 million facility will mature on Sept. 5, 2029.

Additionally, the company plans to maintain its existing facility for $50 million with certain lenders. It will mature on March 10, 2026.

The facilities have also been amended with "favorable covenant modifications," the company said.
