04:41 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Everest Group ( EG ) said Thursday it named Elias Habayeb as chief financial officer, starting on or about May 1, 2026.

Habayeb succeeds Mark Kociancic, who will retire from the company following the Q1 reporting cycle and will stay with Everest as a special advisor during the transition period, the company said.

Habayeb was most recently CFO of Corebridge Financial ( CRBG ) , Everest said.
