08:09 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Evoke Pharma ( EVOK ) said Thursday its US patent related to the use of Gimoti nasal spray for patients with gastroparesis is now listed in the US Food and Drug Administration's Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, or 'Orange Book.'

The newly listed patent is anticipated to expire Nov. 17, 2038, the pharmaceutical company added.

Shares of the company were up 27% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
