Exor Increases Stake in Philips

07:19 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Philips (PHG) shareholder Exor has increased its ownership in the Dutch health technology company to about 19%, a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing showed Tuesday.

The investor acquired an additional 9.1 million shares for about 223 million euros ($243 million), bringing its total Philips stake to around 172.8 million shares, the filing showed.
