Expion360 Names Shawna Bowin as CFO

05:52 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Expion360 ( XPON ) said late Monday it has appointed its controller, Shawna Bowin, as its chief financial officer.

Bowin replaces Brian Schaffner, chief executive officer, who has also been serving as interim CFO, the company said.
