04:29 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Extra Space Storage ( EXR ) said late Thursday its operating partnership has priced a public offering of $350 million worth of additional 5.500% senior notes due 2030 at 101.509% of the principal amount.

The debt offering is an addition to the $450 million of previously issued 5.500% senior notes due 2030, the company said.

The offering is expected to close around Jan. 22.
