Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.36.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $116.3 million, compared with $117.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $120 million.
The company said it raised the quarterly dividend by 4% to $0.13 per share, payable May 17 to shareholders of record May 3.
