Fluence Energy Starts US Manufacturing of Battery Modules

10:32 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fluence Energy ( FLNC ) said Tuesday it has begun production of battery modules at a facility in Utah.

The modules incorporate battery cells produced in Tennessee, Fluence said, reflecting its strategy of using domestically sourced materials to meet the growing demand for utility-scale energy storage in the US.

Fluence Energy ( FLNC ) shares were nearly 3% lower in recent trading.
