06:50 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Flutter Entertainment ( FLUT ) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will leave the group, effective immediately.

The departure comes in anticipation of the company's US primary listing which would require extensive executive management time to be spent in the US and was not in his best interests due to family commitments in the UK.

He will be succeeded by Rob Coldrake, who has been the CFO of Flutter International since 2020.
