04:47 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) said Thursday it acquired two Riverview Health outpatients primary care properties in Indiana for $13.5 million through sale leaseback from Hamilton County.

The properties are under long-term, triple net leases with a weighted average term of 12 years remaining.

Separately, the company also said it has acquired a MercyOne outpatient clinic property in Iowa for $2.8 million.

The property is under a triple net lease with about five years of term remaining.
