GameStop Chief Operating Officer Nir Patel Exits

04:51 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GameStop ( GME ) said Chief Operating Officer Nir Patel is leaving the company, effective Thursday.

The responsibilities associated with the position will be handled by other managers, the company said Thursday in a filing.

GameStop ( GME ) agreed to pay a lump sum to Patel as part of the separation deal and vest 30% of his equity awards early.

Shares of the company fell 1.9% in after-hours trading.
