02:37 PM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GE Aerospace (GE) said Wednesday Korean Air has placed an order for GEnx and GE9X engines to power its new aircraft after the airline agreed to buy 20 Boeing 777-9s and up to 30 787-10s.

The order includes a service agreement to cover the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of the GE9X engines, the company said.
