Generational Capital Markets (GCM), a member of FINRA/SIPC and a leading mergers and acquisitions consultant for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of American Color Imaging, Inc. to Proviso Capital. The acquisition closed March 2, 2026.

Based in Cedar Falls, Iowa, American Color Imaging, Inc., also known as ACI, is a professional photography lab and imaging services provider with a long history dating back to 1967. The company specializes in high-quality print products and services for professional photographers, including photographic prints, gallery wraps, premium albums, banners, and other custom imaging solutions that help artists present and sell their work. ACI combines traditional craftsmanship with modern printing technologies to produce precise, visually compelling products and supports its clients with customer service, color management guidance, and business-growth resources.
