08:42 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gilat Satellite Networks ( GILT ) said Tuesday its Peruvian subsidiary, Gilat Peru, had won approximately $60 million in orders from Pronatel (Programa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones), Peru's national telecommunications program.

The orders are for upgrading the Regional Broadband infrastructure across the regions of Apurimac, Huancavelica and Ayacucho, the company said.

Migration is expected to take place over the next 12 months and the service will be delivered over 4 years, it added.

Gilat shares were up 4.4% in recent premarket activity.
