Group 1 Automotive Acquires UK's Soper of Lincoln BMW/MINI

07:08 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Group 1 Automotive ( GPI ) said Tuesday that it acquired Soper of Lincoln BMW/MINI in the UK, expanding its operations in the country.

The acquisition's financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said it expects the transaction to generate about $125 million in revenue annually.
