Group 1 Automotive Completes Acquisition of Inchcape Retail's Automotive Operations

06:04 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Group 1 Automotive ( GPI ) said Thursday that it has closed the acquisition of Inchcape Retail's automotive operations, covering 54 dealership locations in the UK.

The company said Inchcape Retail's dealerships are estimated to generate $2.7 billion in annual revenue, bringing its 2024 total acquired revenue to $3.8 billion year-to-date.
