08:46 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- H World Group ( HTHT ) said Tuesday that Chief Compliance Officer Hui Chen was appointed to serve as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 4.

Chen succeeds Jun Zou, who is leaving the company for personal reasons, the company said.

Chen joined H World ( HTHT ) in 2014, eventually serving at an affiliated company before rejoining as compliance officer. She previously worked at Home Inns Group and Trip.com ( TCOM ) , the company said.
