07:32 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Henry Schein (HSIC) said Tuesday that its chief executive officer, Stanley Bergman, will retire at the end of the year after 45 years with the company, including over 35 years as CEO.

The company said Bergman would continue in his role until then and stay chairman afterward.

Henry Schein said it has begun a formal search for Bergman's successor, working with a national executive search firm to consider both internal and external candidates.
