Hillenbrand Redeems Notes Due 2026, Amends Credit Agreement

05:08 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hillenbrand ( HI ) said late Tuesday it has redeemed all of its $375 million of 4.5% notes due September 2026.

The company also said it has amended and extended its credit agreement, including a $700 million revolving credit facility and a $175 million term loan.
