Howard Hughes Says Seaport Entertainment Group to Trade on NYSE American Post-Spinoff

05:09 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Howard Hughes (HHH) said late Tuesday shares of Seaport Entertainment Group will trade on the NYSE American, instead of the New York Stock Exchange as originally announced, following their distribution to Howard Hughes common stockholders.

The company is spinning off Seaport into a separate company with the distribution expected to be occur on July 31 to Howard Hughes shareholders of record on July 29.

Seaport shares are expected to begin "when-issued" trading on July 29 under the ticker "SEG WI" with regular trading expected to start on Aug. 1 under the ticker "SEG."

Price: 70.97, Change: +0.60, Percent Change: +0.85
