08:29 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- iAnthus Capital Holdings ( ITHUF ) on Monday said it acquired the Cheetah vape brand in an all-share transaction valued at US$1.5 million.

Michael Piermont, co-founder and CEO of Cheetah, will join iAnthus as chief commercial officer.

The acquisition expands iAnthus' presence in the Illinois & Pennsylvania cannabis markets, with further expansion planned throughout 2025, a statement said.
