09:13 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IES Holdings ( IESC ) said Monday it had acquired steel fabrication company Greiner Industries for an undisclosed sum, expanding its reach to the Mid-Atlantic market.

The transaction included Greiner's facilities, covering 450,000 square feet of manufacturing space on a 60-acre property, the company said.

Greiner, which is based in Pennsylvania, will operate under IES's Infrastructure Solutions segment, according to IES.
