08:28 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IHS Holding ( IHS ) and MTN Group said Tuesday they plan to address outstanding governance issues after agreeing to extend a long-term commercial partnership.

On Aug. 7, the companies announced the renewal and extension of their Nigerian tower master lease agreements, which will now run until Dec. 2032, according to the statement.

Shares of IHS were up 5.4% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
