07:20 AM EST, 02/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (ISC.TO), a provider of registry services for public data and records, said overnight Wednesday that it expects to book higher revenue and adjusted EBITDA in 2026.
The company outlined a 2026 revenue guidance range of C$273.0 million to $283.0 million, an increase from its 2025 guidance range of $257.0 million to $267.0 million.
Information Services projected an adjusted EBITDA of $100.0 million to $107.0 million in 2026, rising from its 2025 forecast of $89.0 million to $97.0 million.
The company said its estimated increase in revenue and adjusted EBITDA reflects its progress in its plan to double its size by 2028.
Information Services said a strategic review announced in September 2025 remains ongoing.
