International Petroleum Releases Results of Normal Course Issuer Bid

07:05 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum ( IPCFF ) on Monday said it has repurchased a total of 132,778 of its common shares from Aug. 18 to 22 under its normal course issuer bid announced Dec. 3, 2024.

The company over the period repurchased 81,178 common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm and 51,600 common shares on the TSX.

All common shares repurchased by IPC under the NCIB will be canceled.
